Do you sell dresses, skirts or bridal wear?

No. We do not sell clothing of any kind. Our catalogue is craft and sewing supplies, fabric-care tools, getting-ready accessories and storage for home and events.

How do I press delicate fabric like satin or silk without marking it?

Lay a mesh pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric and use the lowest effective heat. The cloth lets steam through while keeping the soleplate off the surface, which helps prevent shine and scorch marks.

Which glue sticks fit your hot glue gun?

It takes standard sticks of 10.5-11.5 mm (0.4-0.5 in) diameter. Check each product page for the exact figures before ordering refills.

Is a fabric shaver safe on knitwear?

Yes, when used gently. The mesh guard keeps the blades away from the fabric; lay the piece flat, glide in light circles and empty the lint container often.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to any of the 50 US states, with no minimum. We do not offer express or international shipping.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 0-1 business days, then standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.

Can I return something?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item; we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Report transit damage within 72 hours with photos. Approved returns ship back at our cost, and refunds reach your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.

Is checkout secure, and how do I reach you?
